A Professional school for training and Perfection in Culinary arts

Under the watchful eyes of a highly qualified team of professionals -- with Executive Pastry Chef Olivier Levanti who trained at Laduree in Paris -- the Academy offers a program designed for students with previous experience in the food service industry who wish to build on existing skills, or students from different educational and professional backgrounds who wish to build a new career.

We had a beautiful day with Beatrice, TV Presenter Maeve O'Meara from SBS Channel Food Safaris, Simon Thomsen from the SMH,  Celebrity Chefs Jared Ingersoll and Damian Heads  at the North Sydney Centre.

We had a hot and fabulous morning!
